Although Haley has a Master of Architecture Degree, she left that field to join the GC and Development side of construction. She wanted a more hands-on experience with what she was building.
Job sites are her second office. It’s there where she mastered the art of managing all the trades to meet project milestones and build a successful and unique project. She has been told that she leads from the front, as she prefers teaching her team’s way to success.
