Refund policy

Return of Goods

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned product must be in original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. Buyer is responsible for method and cost of return to Everlights. A Purchase Order number or invoice number must be provided when a return is requested. A deduction may be made from credits issued to cover any cost of shipping/handling back to EverLights, cancellation fees, and/or restocking fees. A credit will be issued once the return is received, inspected, and approved - please allow 30 days for the receipt and processing of returned merchandise. Custom and made-to-order material is non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restock fee (plus shipping & handling charges, as applicable) will be imposed if a recycling kit from the Pre-Paid Kit (mail-back) program is returned (unused, for a refund), and is not damaged or defective.

Damages

Unfortunately, damage can occur during shipping. To ensure we address any damages that occur in a timely fashion, we ask that you inspect all items thoroughly once they arrive so any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s). We will then work to arrange a prompt replacement of the item(s). We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with photos of the product packaging. In some instances, it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.

Defective Products

Please keep in mind that defective goods (those with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment) are handled differently than damaged goods (which are damaged in shipping). We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that quality production and inspection procedures are in place, but occasionally defects do occur. Defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order so we can work to promptly remedy the situation for you.
