A lighting design by Everlights is customized to our client’s business specialty, aesthetic interests, fixture standards, the construction schedule, and lastly, budgetary needs. Our designs include lighting layouts, fixture submittals, pricing and lighting photometrics.

Lighting Photometrics
Lighting Photometrics substantiate the integrity of a lighting design. Photometrics are a measurement of the light levels achieved with the fixtures selected for a room. IES have established recommended light levels for all applications. A photometric study confirms those levels are met.
Value Engineering
Value Engineering
Some project lighting schedules do not fit a construction budget and/or schedule. We solve this problem through redesigning the lighting package with fixtures that match design intent, but also meet the construction schedule and budget.

We provides comprehensive job prep services—including specification review, material and job site storage, smart kitting and prefab, as well as custom material cages and fixture carts—to streamline project execution, reduce labor costs, and ensure on-time, organized delivery for lighting and electrical contractors.
Specification Review
Specification Review
Specification and schedule review is our first kick off meeting with the customer. During this initial review, we verify that all products specified by the contract will meet specification requirements and that material is available in time to meet completion dates.
Solution Finder
Solution Finder
During the schedule review, if any of the material specified does not pass quality control, EverLights will immediately find “like” solutions that will meet job requirements. This includes finding products that meet various qualifications such as Energy Star or Buy American.

Material Storage
We encourage our customers to release material as soon as it’s approved to avoid compromising lead times or running into discontinued products. If storage is a concern, EverLights can provide material storage and just in time deliveries to the jobsite.

Smart & Kitting Prefab
With material on hand at our warehouse, we can offer the contractor kitting and pre-fab services. These options can include packaging lighting controls together; delivering material package free; labeling material by type; and pre-installing occupancy sensors to fixtures.
Material Cages
Material Cages
We use our material cages to house downlights, devices, and electrical supplies. The carts are convenient because the contractor can move a large amount of material around a jobsite with less labor than if the material was shipped in its original shipping cartons.
Fixture Cart
Fixture Cart
For 2x2 and 2x4 fixtures, we offer our customers sleeved fixture carts that can hold 12-48 fixtures. These carts can be delivered fully loaded to the jobsite. This solution reduces labor hours, garbage, creates efficiency on site, and provides enhanced safety for the installers.

Once the schedule is set and budgets solidified, EverLights provides key lighting selections for each area of the development. We provide these options - along with a budget - to the owner for feedback and review.

Lighting Photometrics & Renderings
Our lighting application team runs photometrics to confirm light levels and lighting layout in sensitive areas of the building. Light levels are always verified in corridors, lobbies and the garage.

EverLights can create a simple lighting controls layout or a very intricate one based on the design intent of the project. We work primarily with Lutron controls.

As options are tweaked and selections solidified, we continue to run a live project budget to match against the fixture allowance. Our budget tracks all out the door costs, which include freight, release date price escalators, tax, storage, and contractor markups.

EverLights works with contractors, developers and architects. These clients develop, design and build across the country. Our logistics team helps us service these jobs, as they manage all job freight costs and deliveries through our team of dedicated fleet of carriers.

We offer end of life recycling services for lighting and universal waste. If there is a demo portion of your project, we can help the job sustainability goals by including proper recycling of the lighting and fixture waste.
Change Order Pricing
Change Order Pricing
Keeping a proper change order log is vital to ensuring a project remains in integrity. Our project management team tracks change orders immediately, providing the client change order pricing and the new job total. The customer approves prior to executing the change.
Material Tracking
Material Tracking
Even before material is released, we verify manufacturing lead time and where the product originates. After material is released, shipping lead time is re-confirmed. Full status reports of projects and their estimated ship dates are sent to our customer for review each week.
Material Inspection
Material Inspection
We inspect material at our warehouse, prior to it going to your jobsite. We photograph material when it comes in, as well as when we deliver it to you on the jobsite. If there is a manufacturer defect, we process the replacement immediately to avoid install delays.
Return & Warranty Replacement
Return & Warranty Replacement
We handle all defective material issues. This includes dealing directly with the manufacturer on manufacturing defects, warranty failures, or simple product returns. We will pick up the material from the jobsite and return it to the factory for replacement or credit.
