A particularly complex scope involved exterior poles integrated with security and camera systems, requiring meticulous coordination across multiple manufacturers. When project delays affected installation timelines, EverLights proactively sourced a local storage facility and developed a preservation strategy to protect pole finishes, including unwrapping, repositioning, and isolating each pole to prevent damage.
To streamline on-site assembly, we created master kits that grouped all components by location, saving time and eliminating confusion in the field. EverLights also implemented a detailed labeling system to ensure accurate delivery and flawless installation, demonstrating our commitment to excellence at every step of this historic project.
