400 Lake Shore Drive
High-end decorative lighting, custom fabrication, and large-scale coordination for a landmark Chicago development.
Where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan, 400 Lake Shore Drive is preparing to welcome residents. Developed by Related Midwest, the 72-story North Tower features architecture by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and interiors by MAWD | March and White Design.
EverLights supplied all of the project’s high-end decorative lighting and custom-built fixtures. Our broader lighting package extended across residential units, lobbies, amenities, exterior spaces, garages, and site lighting—including outdoor light poles.
Delivering that scope required more than sourcing fixtures. For over a year, EverLights coordinated weekly deliveries, provided job storage, and worked with the project team to maintain budgets and align deliveries with construction needs.
From bespoke fixtures to building-wide procurement, EverLights brought the product expertise and logistical support needed to execute lighting at scale.
