Return Notice
Effective July 1, 2025 FedEx is no longer accepting Universal Waste via their parcel services, or LTL services, across the board for all customers. This shipping change currently affects the return of EverLights mail-back recycling kits.
The EverLights team has diligently worked on changing carriers for the pre-paid mail-back kit program, but the full change is still in progress. Should you have one of our full mail-back recycling kits, and are ready to return it, please be patient as our team finalizes this transition, and follow the below steps:
- You will need a replacement return label from our team once we have finished transitioning to a new carrier.
- Please email recycling@everlights.com
- In the subject line, include: “[Insert your company name] – Kit Replacement Return Label Needed.”
- We will let you know your request is received, and we hope to have new return labels available within the next two weeks.
- As part of our quality control process, we will need a photo of your current return label in order to supply you with a replacement label once replacement labels are available. Please include a photo of your existing label in your email request.
- If you completely lost your label and need a new label, you must provide a proof of purchase receipt and a photo of your EverLights recycling kit in order to receive a new label.
- If your kit was purchased on or after July 1, 2025, it should also include a Unique Container ID #. If you have a Unique Container ID #, and no return label, please ensure you include this # in your label request to EverLights.
- Note that EverLights kits must be returned within one year of purchase, so please be advised that additional shipping and processing charges may apply if your kit exceeds the one-year purchase-to-return limit.
We thank you in advance for your patience and we look forward getting the returns portion of this program back up and running with a new carrier.
