Return Notice

FedEx - the return carrier for EverLights Recycling Kits - was initially ending their universal waste pickup program effective July 31, 2025. However, this deadline has been extended to September 30, 2025. Should FedEx proceed with an end to this service, this shipping change will affect the return of EverLights mail-back recycling kits (both parcel, and LTL).

The EverLights team has diligently worked on changing carriers for the pre-paid mail-back kit program, but the full change is still in progress. Should you have one of our full mail-back recycling kits, and are ready to return it, please be patient as our team finalizes this transition, and follow the below steps:

Scenario 1: You have a full EverLights parcel mail-back recycling kit and want to send it back. It is before September 30, 2025.

  1. If you have a FedEx return label, it is before September 30, and it contains the correct receiver address, you may use the label and ship your return with FedEx. If you are unsure if the label contains the correct receiver (EverLights) address, please reach out to our team to confirm.

Scenario 2: You purchased your EverLights parcel mail-back recycling kit on or after July 2, 2025, and it did not come with a return shipping label.

  1. You will need a return label from our team once we have finished transitioning to a new carrier, and you are ready to return your kit.
  2. Please email recycling@everlights.com
  3. In the subject line, include: “[Insert your company name] – Kit Replacement Return Label Needed – [Insert Unique Container ID #].” Your unique container ID # is specific to your kit/purchase and can be found where the previous, FedEx return label would have been located on your kit/package.
  4. We will let you know your request is received and will confirm when the new return label will be available.

Scenario 3: You have no return label or unique container ID # for your EverLights parcel mail-back recycling kit.

  1. You must provide a proof of purchase receipt and a photo of your EverLights recycling kit in order to receive a new label.
  2. Please email recycling@everlights.com
  3. We will let you know your request is received and will confirm when the new return label will be available.

Scenario 4: You have a full EverLights bulk recycling kit and need to send it back.

Nothing has changed with this process. You should reach out to our team via phone or email we will assist with arranging the pickup via an LTL carrier for your bulk kit.

Note that EverLights kits must be returned within one year of purchase, so please be advised that additional shipping and processing charges may apply if your kit exceeds the one-year purchase-to-return limit.
