Humboldt Park Health Wellness Center

The new wellness center at Humboldt Park Health was created as part of a larger effort to improve health equity and provide greater access to wellness services for residents across Humboldt Park and the surrounding neighborhoods. The approximately 45,000-square-foot, three-story facility includes an indoor track, fitness areas, a pool, community rooms, seminar spaces, and areas dedicated to social connection and preventative health programming. Designed to feel welcoming and community-focused, the building serves both patients of the hospital campus and neighborhood residents alike.

EverLights supported the project with a comprehensive lighting package that included decorative, architectural, and recessed lighting fixtures throughout the facility. Our team also provided lighting controls and project management services to help keep the project aligned with budget goals while maintaining the design intent across fitness, wellness, gathering, and circulation spaces. From public-facing areas to more functional healthcare and support environments, the lighting package was designed to support comfort, visibility, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being.

Because the project blends hospitality-inspired spaces with healthcare and fitness environments, lighting played an important role in shaping the overall experience. EverLights helped ensure the lighting complemented the building’s bold architecture, vibrant interiors, and community-driven mission while remaining practical, efficient, and easy to maintain over time.
