Illinois passes mandatory lamp recycling legislation for all businesses, largely due to EverLights education and lobbying efforts to local legislators and business leaders.
The US federal government adds fluorescent lamps to Federal Universal Waste Law, making lamp recycling mandatory in all 50 states. EverLights recycles for local Walgreens stores.
EverLights wins the bid to recycle for Walgreens across the country.
EverLights moves to larger location in Chicago to support national and local business growth.
Kelly Gallagher purchases EverLights from Patricia Gallagher, becoming EverLights’ new owner and president.

EverLights launches a recycle by mail program to help smaller businesses recycle their lamps safely and economically. The program is named the LampCycle program.
