What's the best way to contact EverLights Recycling?

Call us at 773-734-9873 or email us at customerservice@everlights.com. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, from 8am-4pm CST.

What items does EverLights accept for recycling?

EverLights primarily recycles lamps, ballasts, batteries, and electronics. We also accept lighting fixtures, crushed lamps and most electrical components related to lighting.

How do I return my FedEx Lamp Cycle kits?

The kits are prepaid and include a FedEx return label. As long as you have the return shipping label, you can return your kits to your regular FedEx Ground driver. If you don't have a FedEx Ground, call EverLights Recycling to schedule a FedEx Ground pickup for your location.

What if my FedEx Return Label is lost, damaged, or missing?

EverLights can gladly send you a new return shipping label via email. Just give us a call or email to make your request.

How do I obtain a certificate of recycling for my returned kit?

You can call or email EverLights Recycling to have your Certificate(s) of Recycling sent to you via email. You will need to provide your company information, email address, and return tracking numbers if possible.

How do I return my blue Battery Tube once it is filled?

You don't. Battery Collection Tubes are for public display and collection of batteries, they do not include recycling or return shipping. In order to return/ship the batteries collected in your battery tube, you would need to order the Battery Cycle Pail (3.5gal). The tube would always be yours to keep, to continue collecting batteries.

Can I drop off my recyclables directly to EverLights?

Sure! EverLights accepts recycling walk-ins and deliveries at our primary location (found on Google). Delivery hours are Monday-Friday, from 8am-4pm CST.
